As the second oldest of six kids, I learned early on how to navigate chaos with a calm head and a sense of humor.

In the beginning of my career, I was determined to climb the corporate ladder—and I did, for more than a decade. But along the way, I discovered something important: I didn’t love being in the spotlight or leading a team from the front. What I did love was supporting the people who thrive there.

That realization led me to intentionally shift into roles where I could serve as the right hand to Presidents, CEOs, and Directors. There’s nothing more satisfying to me than putting in an honest day’s work, handling the administrative details, and creating space for you to focus on what you do best.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me adventuring on my motorcycle, tending to my flower garden, or spending quality time with my wonderful family and friends.
